Community Resource Fair. Mark your calendars to attend the Community Resource Fair, Friday, June 27, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Life Church at 2223 Washington Ave. in Cookeville. The fair is sponsored by Life Church and the Area Agency on Aging and Disability, and it will feature free information, assistance, educational sessions and vendor booths. 

Street R.A.G.E. Street R.A.G.E. (Reaching A Generation Effectively) Youth Day is back! The day is sponsored by First United Pentecostal Church and will be held on the fourth Saturday of each month. Join us on Saturday, June 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Gainesboro on North Murray for fun, games, food and words of encouragement.  All residents are welcome!

Angel’s Attic. Angel’s Attic summer distribution will be held on Saturday, June 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 165 E. Broad St. in Cookeville. The event is open to anyone in need and includes free clothing, shoes, home goods, toys and refreshments. 

Vacation Bible School. University Heights Baptist Church’s Vacation Bible School will be held from Sunday, June 22, to Thursday, June 26, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Everyone is invited!
