Youth News: School Ends, and Summer Fun Begins! [1]
After After-School. Our last day for the TNT after-school program is set for Monday, May 19. This date may change according to the school system calendar. TNT members will be notified.
Our TNT summer program will meet for five weeks on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from June 9 through July 9. We are planning loads of awesome activities, such as swimming, cooking, day trips and more! The TNT summer program is a free program for twelve youth who have successfully completed the TNT after-school program. (Photo: Youth had fun during last summer's trip to the Nashville Zoo.)
Make a Poster. You can still enter our “What Home Means to Me” poster contest. Bring your poster by the HRS main office any time before May 30. We can provide free poster board and crayons/markers. If you have any questions, call 931.526.9793 ext. 213.
Drive Safely. Please drive carefully and obey the speed limits in all HRS developments. Children and adults will be enjoying the outdoors this summer, so it’s vital to watch for pedestrians.
Join the R.A.G.E. Street R.A.G.E. (Reaching A Generation Effectively) Youth Day is back. Sponsored by First United Pentecostal Church, this event will be held the fourth Saturday of each month. Join us Saturday, May 24, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for fun, games, food and words of encouragement at the HRS main office community room. All residents are welcome.
