The Smoke-Free Home Pledge Program is still open for enrollment until the end of January. Power of Putnam and HRS hope for a safe and drug-free community in 2014!

Directions: This simple program is designed to encourage parents and individuals to keep tobacco smoke out of their homes and away from children. To register, go to powerofputnam.org/smokefree [2] or fill out the pledge card in this month's newsletter. Once you complete the pledge card and A) mail it to Power of Putnam, P.O. Box 49371, Cookeville, TN 38506, or B) drop it off at the HRS main office with the Resident Services department, you will receive a packet in the mail with information to help make or maintain your home as a smoke-free environment!

Already a smoke-free home? You can participate, too! Signing up for this program is easy and open to ALL households. It only requires registration (see “Directions” above) and three simple responses throughout the year. Sign up before January 31, 2014 to enter a drawing for a flat screen HDTV!
