If you receive Social Security or SSI, you should receive proof of your income in the mail soon. Please keep your papers where you can find them. This is needed for many things in 2017, such as proof of income for rent, DHS benefits, energy assistance, etc.

Misty Minutes

Walnut Village and Willow Heights residents will meet on Thursday, Nov. 17, from 1-3 p.m. at the Walnut Village manager’s office, 201 S. Walnut Ave., # R-5. Janie Pedigo from Wilson Bank & Trust has designed an awesome program on “Physical and Fiscal Fitness” that you will not want to miss! Get out of the house! Meet your neighbors! Make some new friends! All while enjoying a Thanksgiving meal together.

Donations We are seeking donations of non-perishable food items to use during the holidays. Donations can be dropped off at the HRS main office, 235 W. Jackson, or call Misty at (931) 526-9793, ext. 224. Recently HRS received a limited number of clean, used chests of drawers. If you are in need of something to store clothing in, please call Misty at (931) 526-9793, ext. 224.. Limit one per person with no current clothing storage drawers.
