Sign-ups for help with Christmas toys for Putnam County children up to age 14 will be on Nov. 2 and Nov. 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 25 N. Washington Ave. A legal guardian (photo ID required) must register each child. Requirements: Birth certificates for each child, proof of residency and proof of financial need (food stamp card, etc.)
