Summer Lunch Program is Back!

The Summer Lunch Program has just begun, and we’ve got loads of fun planned! The summer lunch program will meet Mondays through Fridays, May 30 through July 28, from 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. (closed July 4). Any Putnam County child age 4-17 is welcome to come to the TNT Center, located at the 706 Pine Avenue Police Substation.

C.J. Gerndt, our AmeriCorps volunteer will be there daily beginning at 10 a.m. Numerous area churches, civic clubs and community organizations are providing free, fun activities and fellowship programs for the kids each day. Free lunches are served from 12-1 p.m. You do not have to be an HRS resident, and you do not have to attend every day. Any questions, please call Kathy at (931) 526-9793, ext. 212.
