Local veteran organizations are hosting a Veteran's Day parade on Friday, Nov. 11. The parade starts at 11 a.m. beginning at the Putnam County courthouse on East Spring/East Broad streets and ending at the Veteran's Memorial Building. Veteran's Memorial Building located at 90 East Spring Street will host an open house from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
All veterans are encouraged to walk in the parade and invited to the open house.
