As part of NAHRO’s Housing America campaign, the “What Home Means to Me” poster contest is held annually for children in affordable housing and community developments administered by NAHRO member agencies like Highlands Residential Services. The poster contest is open to all HRS youth, from children starting kindergarten this fall to current 11th graders. Supplies and lunch are provided. Children must be present to work on their posters at the local contest level to receive a cash prize. The participants must make their own posters. A complete list of rules is available in the main office lobby.

See the full schedule of contest times and meeting places below. Please note that if children are in school the day of the contest due to spring break changes, HRS will announce other plans for the contest.
