WHAT HOME MEANS TO ME POSTER CONTEST This is the ninth year for our “What Home Means to Me” poster contest, which will be held during school spring break. We hope to see some familiar and new faces, so KIDS, please bring your neighbor and join in on the fun for a chance to win prizes at the local, county, state and national levels. In 2012, former HRS resident Kayla Padgett was the grand national prize winner with her poster. She won an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C., a savings bond and cash! You, too, could win!! The contest is open to all public housing youth in grades K-12. You must be present and work on your poster at the local contest (see times and sites below) to receive a cash prize. Participants must make their own posters. A complete list of rules is available in the main office lobby.
