Misty's Minutes

Sun, Seed & Soil Community Garden We are so excited about this year’s community garden, and several residents are, too. We’ve been planting some yummy vegetables, but there are still a lot of opportunities for you to get involved and reap the harvest. Not only do you get to keep the vegetables, but also, it's a great way to get some fresh air and do something for yourself. The garden has moved to the TTU Shipley Farm, which is super easy to get to and offers shelter and restrooms. It’s all free, and supplies are furnished. We go on Friday mornings. For possible transportation to the garden, call Misty at (931) 526-9793, ext. 224.

Safety Tips Please keep children and pets away from the mowers and move any items in the yard out of the path of the mowers. No kiddie pools are allowed.
