A CURRENT and a 12-month printout of your electric bill or gas bill.

If your entire household receives food stamps and is on the same open case, UCHRA can get your income documentation and Social Security numbers for you.

If you or someone on your lease does not receive food stamps, then you will need to bring Social Security cards and proof of income, such as check stubs or SS award letters.
