The parade will form in the Monterey High School parking area beginning at 5 p.m. The parade route will proceed west on Commercial Ave.; south on Poplar; east on Depot; south on Holly; east on Stratton; north on Chestnut; and end at the Adams, USA parking area at the Chestnut Street entrance
